The Best Apps for Rideshare Drivers
There are a variety of apps to help you make the most of your time doing Uber, Lyft, Postmates or other side-gig apps. Some help you work these apps simultaneously, some help you manage expenses, some help you plan the best route or find out if the airport is going to be busy. See which apps make sense for you below.
There are a few apps that let you switch between rideshare apps, but Mystro seems to be the most popular. Mystro will automatically switch between Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft and Postmates, lets you filter out trips you don’t want to take (pool, long trips, low rated passengers), and track your mileage for tax purposes. Mystro seems to have the most tools to help you earn more. Used properly, you should definitely make enough to cover it’s cost and then some. Some users report up to a 30% increase in rideshare income with the Mystro app.

Maxymo isn’t as nice and shiny as Mystro, but give it a chance. The features seem to work well and it’s priced to sell. It has filters that let you choose the rides you want to take, including filters for time, distance and passenger rating. If you can’t convince yourself to pay for Mystro, Maxymo does much of what Mystro does, but not all, at a lower price. Both offer a free trial with the link on this page.
